New York native Adam Manacker has spent the last 20 years in hospitality. During his formidable years, he spent weekends scurrying through backdoors of Manhattan Nightclubs. In 1987, the steamy lifestyle of Miami took Adam to seek his college education to the University if Miami. A booming new club scene was in its infancy stage as well as a career in club promotions and operations. After college, Adam returned to New York where he found a niche on Wall Street. Three years behind a desk was all he could take and a cross country move found him at the door of the brand new House of Blues Sunset Strip. The House of Blues became Grad School, as Ada, spent nearly a decade honing his skills in nearly every position available, including a leadership roll in the openings of venues in Atlanta, Myrtle Beach, Orlando, and Vegas. With a full understanding of restaurant, nightclub, and special event operations, his next job would elevate him to elite status amongst nightclub operators and promoters. As the GM of The Highlands Nightclub, a 30,000 square-foot mega-club, Adam led a staff of 20 managers and 180 employees as the 7 million dollar a year business grew through it's first 5 years. Adam not only led operations, he masterminded all promotions, including world famous celebrity filled Halloween and New Year's Eve Events. The Highlands, now in it's 10th year, has been named to the Bar & Nightclub Magazine's "Top 100 High Volume NIghtclub" list every year since inception. All of this has been the launching pad for his partnership with Hayden Pacquing and the birth of Deep Lifestyle Group. Now with more than 50 major events under their belt, they have become one of the top event production and management firms int the country.
From the country hills outside Bakersfield, to the glittering lights of Hollywood, SoCal native, Hayden Pacquing, knew his calling immediately. Raised in a town of 131, Hayden always brought the party. As early as High School, small town keg parties at vacant homes and fields were his first event canvas. At age19 Hayden began to hone his craft taking on nearly every position at local bars and pubs. Hayden launched Bakersfield's first weekly promotion by an individual and not a radio station, and created the cities first after-hours club event. A little over a hundred miles south, an emerging club scene was exploding along Hollywood Blvd. Hayden had outgrown the small town and set off to the glitz and glamour, where he took club promotions and events by storm. Hayden became a partner of One Night Entertainment, an up and coming, high end event planning, marketing, and promotions firm. Hayden led the way, putting together celebrity birthdays, wrap parties, fashion shows, convention after parties and corporate launches. An outstanding reputation as one of the best in the business led to a solo venture producing large scale events and establishing top notch relationships. One of Hayden's choice venues was The Highlands Hollywood, where he would partner in the longest running weekly promotion in Los Angeles. One of his weekly partners, Adam Manacker, helped him co-create, brand, market, and promote what would become a world famous Halloween and New Year's Eve events. This extensive, ongoing work relationship, would eventually lead to the creation of Deep Lifestyle Group.
